Project objectives:
-Fostering the development of the capacities and operational variety of its staff of experienced educators, with a focus on ETS and Digital Storytelling in the Adult field.
–Establishing regular, long-term partnerships for the exchange of knowledge and good practices as well as presentation of joint initiatives, extending the scope and outreach of PEDAN’s initiatives.
-Acquisition of competencies of project design and management in the field of specific interest of the organization within the Erasmus+ programme
Implementation:
1)Training Course at NEST Berlin in Berlin (Germany). The Training Course has been delivered through a combination of Non- Formal Education, Digital Storytelling and face-to-face learning. The core topic addressed has been the use of the Digital Storytelling method as an instrument of support to learning, reflection and communication of knowledge.
2)Job Shadowing at MVNGO in Sassari (Italy). The Job Shadowing involved 2 leading staff members of the applicant organization in a process of work-based learning, exchange of knowledge and partnership building in the premises of the partner MVNGO.
Results: The following results has been reached:
a) acquisition of knowledge, skills, attitudes to work with the Adult target;
b) acquisition of new methodologies aimed at fostering and reinforcing social inclusion of Adult migrants as well improving intercultural interaction and dialogue between native and migrant Adults;
c) acquisition of European project design skills in the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme – Adult field.
